The Pilates Corner – Pilates & Reformer Studio

1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the website https://thepilatescorner.be/ and the services offered by The Pilates Corner, a Pilates studio located in Brussels, Belgium.

By booking a class or session, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

We offer:

  • Mat Pilates group classes
  • Reformer Pilates private sessions
  • Reformer self-practice sessions (non-supervised)
  • Occasional workshops or special events

Our services are intended for wellness and physical activity and do not replace medical advice.

3. Health & Safety

By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to practice Pilates and that you have informed us of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy.

Reformer Self-Practice

Self-practice sessions are available only to experienced clients who have been approved by the studio.
These sessions are not supervised, and you practice at your own responsibility. The studio may refuse or revoke access at any time for safety reasons.

4. Bookings & Payments (Bsport)

All bookings, payments, packages, and cancellations are handled via the Bsport booking platform.

  • Sessions must be booked in advance
  • Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT
  • Payment is required before attendance
  • Packages and sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable

Cancellation deadlines and no-show policies are defined in Bsport and apply automatically.

5. Studio Etiquette

We kindly ask clients to:

  • Arrive on time
  • Wear appropriate attire
  • Respect instructors, staff, and other clients
  • Use equipment with care and clean it after use

Unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of access without refund.

6. Liability

Pilates and Reformer practice involve inherent physical risks.
To the extent permitted by Belgian law, The Pilates Corner cannot be held responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.

For self-practice sessions, you acknowledge that no supervision is provided and that you assume full responsibility for your practice.

7. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes & Applicable Law

These Terms may be updated at any time.
They are governed by Belgian law, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
